I have to put if people that get into the serers should get or not get arrested. And explain why. Well, here I go:

They should be arrested because there could be secret rooms or valuable treasures they might not like everyone to know about. It could be spread all around town and the secret isnt so secret anymore. So they should if they have secret rooms on need a look around.
